Chocolate Glazed Cream Puffs (Classic Choux Pastry)

  1. Once the choux are completely cool, pierce a small hole in the bottom of each one.
  2. Fill a piping bag with the chilled pastry cream and pipe the cream into each puff until full.

5. Preparing the Chocolate Glaze

  1. Melt the dark chocolate, butter, and water together in a heatproof bowl set over a bain-marie.
  2. Stir gently until the mixture is smooth, glossy, and fully combined.

6. Finishing

  1. Dip the top of each filled cream puff into the melted chocolate glaze.
  2. Allow the chocolate to set completely before serving.
